Real Talk Speech Pathology take a down-to-earth and supportive approach to speech pathology assessment, therapy and supervision services. We focus on creating a space where people feel comfortable being themselves while building confidence in communication.

We provide adult speech pathology services across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast, and Colac, supporting older adults, post-stroke clients, neurological conditions, disability and complex communication needs. We accept Medicare, TAC, Home Care Package, NDIS, and Private Health Insurance.

Clinical supervision is also available for speech pathology practitioners.
